Matthew Aqeel is a landlord attorney based in Yonkers. He grew up in the area and understands how local courts operate. He has handled landlord disputes of all sizes throughout Westchester and the Bronx.
He earned his degree from Fordham and went on to Boston College Law School, where he was named a Wilmer-Hale Scholar and received the Judge McMahon Fellowship from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
Before opening his own office, Matthew worked at regional landlord-tenant law firms. From the owner of a single unit to management companies with hundreds of doors, landlords count on him for legal results without the runaround.
